My name is Aimy and i studied dance/drama at Performers College, Essex. Gaining a diploma in dance after 3 years of training. I then went on to teach dance at my local dance school. I then qualified in exercise to music level 2, aqua aerobics and assistant swimming teachers where i taught in local leisure centres.

After having two children i needed to find something i could do to get fit, have fun and socialise in the shortest time possible. I found zumba...the music is uplifting and gets you in the mood which makes an amazing class where you just smile from start to finish.

ZUMBA IS AN ABSOLUTE THRILL AND VERY REWARDING!

My classes are suitable for any ability and can be adapted to suit everyone.

With great routines and a brilliant atmosphere, together, we can get the party going!
